Bed & Breakfast
There are many local restaurants and cafes to enjoy breakfast in, and a local small Co-Op can provide you with all you need to make breakfast in your suite, but if you wish we can arrange for continental breakfast to be delivered to your suite. We have negotiated discounts for our guests in some local (highly recommended) establishments.
Wedding Package
The Place makes a great base from which to enjoy your special day, and with the ability to sleep up to 10 people between all the suites, you can have your nearest and dearest at your side. We will accomodate your specific needs, from a welcome basket to champagne, just ask.

Location
It's hard to imagine a better location in Brighton. Just a few steps from James Street, the epicentre of the uber cool Kemptown area, and a five minute stroll from the pier. From your apartment it's easy to walk to The Lanes, The Pavilion, pretty much anywhere in central Brighton.
Everything you need
Each apartment is fully equipped from a full range of kitchen utensils to bathroom essentials and towels. We can arrange for bathrobes upon request, for a small additional laundry charge.
On site manager
The apartments are managed for us by a resident manager, so you can be sure of a warm welcome and impeccable standards of service, as well as local insight and advice.
Free WiFi
Free high speed wireless internet access is available throught the building, so you won't be out of touch (unless you want to be).
